Felicia Pagett should pay her neighbor, a Person of color, $10,000 after an authority grievance about racial comments and troublesome ways of behaving was heard by the HRC.
The first grumbling was documented on Aug. 10, 2022, asserting badgering given race. A formal review was hung on the protest on July 10, 2023. The complainant showed up and Pagett didn't.
